Dish garden kits

Dish Garden with Miniature HouseplantsSince Olive's appearance on Martha Stewart television, we've received may requests from viewers for advice on creating their own miniature landscapes.  Our dish garden "starter kits" will provide you with everything needed to create your own miniature landscape.

Of course, if you'd like to "go it on your own", we can provide you with all the plant material you'll need.  Just browse through the preceding page.

Dish Garden KitEach "Dish Garden Kit" contains the following:

  • Quality plastic bonsai dish
  • Our own soilless potting medium
  • Natural rocks, wood for landscape
  • Mini container plants and violet
  • Natural moss for ground cover
  • An illustrated landscape plan
  • Step-by-step instructions

Shown at right:  Another garden by Olive
Uses many of the materials listed, and natural mosses, rocks, wood.
Garden at left originally constructed from our kit!

Kits come in two sizes (please add shipping charges):  Dish garden kits must be shipped separately from other items ordered.

  • Small (13"x9" oval) garden, only $55.00
  • Large (17"x12" oval) garden, only $90.00

Each kit saves you money, since the cost of the individual materials would be much more if purchased separately.  In addition, we provide you with a landscape plan and our own "expertise".

Buy our "long-handled" tweezers--hard to find and a great tool for planting these gardens!  Price $5.00
