Shipping method and charges:
Priority Mail:  $12 per order, for every 20 plants
    Safe delivery guaranteed April 15-October 31.
Express Mail:  Starts at $24, plus per plant charge
    Safe delivery guaranteed at ALL times
Supplies only: If only supplies are ordered, will ship
    via parcel post at $8, regardless of method chosen.

Tracking of order (optional).  Cost is $1 per order.
State "add tracking" in "items ordered" box if desired.
Tracking number will be provided when we confirm order.
Provided at no additional cost on orders exceeding $100.

Winter Shipping (November 1-April 15)
We will replace or refund damaged plants only for orders sent via Express mail in winter!  At customer's risk otherwise.

    ASAP:  Weather permitting, will ship within 7 days
    Otherwise, you will need to specify desired date
        Please be aware of 'winter shipping' dates!
    We cannot guarantee exact arrival time

Payment:  VISA, MasterCard, or Discover only.
    We cannot accept American Express accounts.
Account number should contain 16 digits.
    Do not include spaces or hyphens when entering
'Security code'
    last 3 digits on back of card on signature strip

Billing information: if different than recipients

If an item ordered is out of stock:  We substitute only when allowed to and only when necessary.  Will send plants from your list if provided.  If not, will send plants most similar to those out of stock.  We do not backorder items.
